Design study for the new site of the Lighthouses and Beacons Service
Our mission is the technical study (preliminary design) of the development of the new site of the lighthouse and beacon service on a plot of 8 Ha located on the eastern bank of the Tunis-la Goulette navigation channel at approximately 850 m south of the commercial port of Rades.
Consistency of studies:
- Establishment of topographic, bathymetric and geotechnical surveys programs;
- Detailed technical study of facilities on the ground: Service buildings and technical rooms, Logistics installations, Roads and various networks, Storage and treatment works for fuels and lubricants;
- Detailed design of the berth for the service's maritime fleet (quay 100 m long, 4 m draft and able to accommodate vessels of 800 t displacement);
- Detailed geotechnical study with a view to proposing a solution to stabilize and consolidate the project area;
- Maritime study to verify conditions of agitation, sedimentation and seaworthiness.
