Detailed architectural and technical studies, preparation of tender documents (DAO), supervision and control of construction works and equipment within the framework of the Extension Project of the National Higher Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Abéché

The mission contributes to the improvement of the level of Higher Education and Scientific Research, to fill the deficit of specialized executives in the biomedical and pharmaceutical field and to the socio-economic development of the Republic of Chad.

The mission takes place in two stages:

• First phase: Detailed design and preparation of the call for tender which goes from the study of the APS to assistance to the client in the award of the contract.
• Second phase: Control and supervision of works.
