Economic feasibility study of the doubling of the MC 27 road between Turki and Kelibia
This technical and economic feasibility mission consists of evaluating the project to upgrade the MC27 road to 2x2 lanes between Turki (A1 motorway) and Kélibia. This link is the main service to the towns of Cap Bon, including Nabeul, Korba, Menzel Temime and Kélibia. It develops a line of approximately 83 km.
Mission:
Data collection, establishment of sensitivity tests of economic results, identification of the limits of the rights-of-way necessary for the project (in order to preserve them and the estimated cost of land to be acquired), assess the profitability of the project, overall and by section, based on an economic analysis covering a period of 20 years from the date of commissioning.
