This project is part of the establishment of a highly developed road network to enable the economic and social development of inland regions and endow them with a major asset to attract investors.

This project is the study of a new axis to bypass the town of El Fahs with a total length of 3.20 km, which originates at the RN3 road and ends at the intersection RN4 and RL631.

The main objectives of the detour: The decongestion of road traffic, as well as the improvement of safety, the improvement of the urban aspect and the increase in speed.
