Construction of an interchange at the X20-X3 crossing in the Governorate of Ariana
Our mission is the development of execution design relating to the construction works of an interchange at the X20-X3 crossing in the Governorate of Ariana.
The study relates to:
Development and drainage part: over a length of approximately 5280m
- The road improvements of X20 and X3 (2x3 tracks) each;
- Development work on ramps, crossroads (07) and side lanes (10).
- Drainage works 1150m of collectors (nozzles - scuppers) and Twelve connection chambers
- The realization of horizontal and vertical signage
Development of works of art:
- OA1: Leveling structures of the X20 road (2x3 tracks) at the level of the X20-X3 intersection of the overpass type in reinforced slab of variable width with four spans of 15m-18m-18m-15m spans (three decks transversely) on foundations deep.
- OA2: Underpass under the X20 open gantry type road (PIPO) in reinforced concrete with 11m openings made up of two studs on shallow foundations.
- OA3: Underpass in covered trenches 18.60m long, 180m long, built using diaphragm walls pulled by the "tope excavation" technique, extended by self-stable diaphragm walls and walls support.
- OA4: Overpass on the X20 road in reinforced slab 38m long supported on pulling diaphragm walls and extended by self-stable diaphragm walls and retaining walls.
- OA5: Work on the capping basin supporting an overpass type loop in curved reinforced slab 130.5m long on deep foundations.
- OA6: Structure on the cladding basin supporting an overpass type ramp in curved reinforced slab length 141.5m on deep foundations
- M7 wall: Lutetian wall retaining solution 217m long Lutetian walls
- Widening of the overflow basin
- Use of cellular concrete to lighten the access ramps of structures OA1, Oa5 and OA6.
- Construction of 450 ml of retaining walls (wing walls)
